Lectures: Sunday 8:30a-10:00a and Wednesday 8:30a-10:00a

Section: Sundays every other week 10:15a-11:45

Grading Policy:

Total: 225 points

Final Exam: 150 points

Part I Midterms: 25 points

Part II Midterms: 25 points

Project: 12.5 points

Attendance, oral exams, etc.: 12.5 points   

Note: Attendance of at least 75% of the classes is mandatory for a passing grade.

  1. Magnetic resonance imaging physics and instrumentation

  2. Computed imaging (CT / SPECT / PET)

  3. Hemodialysis instrumentation

  4. Design concepts of example bioelectronic medical instrumentation

  5. Safety in medical instrumentation
